RETURNS
Here is what you should consider when making a return:
- Returns apply when products are in poor condition or under conditions not promised for delivery. Returned products must be unused and with the corresponding labels.
- Returns apply when you receive a different product reference than the one you ordered. For example: you ordered the reference ADIDAS MEN'S SHIRTS and received the reference NIKE WOMEN'S LEGGINGS.
- The notification of return of your order must be made up to 15 days after receipt of the goods. After this period, it will be understood that your order has been received in conformity.

RETURN PROCESS

After opening your return, please place the item(s) securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address via FedEx, UPS, or DHL (USPS NOT recommended as packages are usually lost in our area):

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless we ship you an incorrect item for your purchase. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Depending on your credit card company, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email, phone call, or WhatsApp when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items labeled as "Closeouts."
- Items labeled as "Liquidation."
- Used Items.
