RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We take pride in all of the products we provide, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily assist you with your return. We will accept returns or the exchanges of unworn, unwashed or new merchandise for up to 14 days after the shipment date. Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible period will be refunded in the same form as the original payment method. Wholesale55 merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers along with tags attached, and accompanied by the packing slip or invoice. Unfortunately, for sanitary reasons, jewelry, undergarments, lingerie, fragrances, lotions, and items marked “final sale” on our website, tag or invoice are not returnable.

The above return and exchange policy apply to all returns. For all items purchased at the Wholesale55 retail store, returns must be made at the store.

RETURN BY MAIL

The above return and exchange policy apply to all returns. Shipping charges for returns are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Your return and refund will be processed within 5-8 business days after item(s) are received by us. Refunds are given for the item’s extended price indicated on the original packing slip/invoice and any applicable discounts. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

STEP 1: Determine if the merchandise you wish to return is eligible for an in-store return by reviewing where your purchase was initially made.

STEP 2: Find our retail store and bring your eligible merchandise along with the original packing slip or invoice.

EXCHANGES

The easiest way to make an exchange is by visiting our showroom. If you wish to make an exchange by mail, simply give us a call at 1(305)-888-3363. One of our friendly customer service agents will assist you with your exchange.

RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT

If you wish to return your purchase and have lost your original invoice, packing slip, or receipt, contact our customer service representatives by calling 1(305)-888-3363, after which, we will provide you with a copy.
